Job summary

TTI, Inc. in New York is seeking an Account Representative to sell products and services by phone, email, and fax. You will work with Field Sales, Product Management, and Sales Management to grow customer penetration and meet sales objectives.

You will provide quotes, process orders, expand product knowledge, and participate in the sales cycle to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service. Local candidates preferred; relocation at own expense.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services via telephone, internet, e-mail and fax.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timelines.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Expand product knowledge and discuss options with customers.
• Attend sales calls with Field Sales Representatives to build relationships.
