TTI, Inc. is seeking a Branch Sales Specialist to provide technical product knowledge and training to branch reps, coordinate price/delivery quotes, and support inside sales.

The role emphasizes building relationships and tailoring sales approaches to customer needs through phone, email, and fax. Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, TTI is a leading distributor of passive, connector, and electromechanical components with 100+ locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical product knowledge and training to branch sales reps.
• Coordinate price and delivery quotes to meet customer timelines.
• Sell TTI products via phone, email, and fax; build customer relationships.
• Facilitate and coordinate large quotes (>100 line items) with sales and QS.
• Research and expedite customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enter orders into the sales database for quote processing and delivery schedules.
• Assist in expanding product knowledge and contributing to sales strategy.
• Prepare forecast and activity reports on account territory.
• Collaborate with regional credit manager to resolve credit issues.
