Job summary

Keystone Technologies seeks an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
Lighting industry knowledge is a plus but not required for hybrid; lighting industry experience required for remote.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Support, Territory Managers, and Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory and fulfill orders.
Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products and provide accurate recommendations.
Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools (Excel & CRM).
Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they close properly.
Receive and process customer purchase orders and allocate materials.
