Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales professional to generate and qualify leads, support quote development, and manage smaller transactional customer relationships. You will work closely with Territory Representatives to move opportunities toward closure and maintain accurate CRM records.

The role emphasizes prompt responses across channels, collaboration with the sales team, and participation in demand-generation activities. Experience in inside sales and CRM usage is valued.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is an associate's or bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Candidates should have 1-2+ years in inside sales or related roles.
• Experience in a fast-paced or distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads and sales opportunities.
• Support quote development and follow-up for Territory Representatives.
• Manage smaller and transactional customer relationships directly, taking sales to close when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer activity in the CRM system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Partner with Territory Representatives to hand off qualified opportunities and provide status updates.
