Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify and serve customer needs, process orders, and promote products.

You will support sales growth, assist with technical support, and maintain showroom displays; occasional deliveries and after-hours on-call. This role requires strong communication, a HS diploma, and 2 years of customer service or sales experience; HVAC background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person or by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Provide technical support and problem solving to customers.
• Identify prospective customers and relay prospects to sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
• Process warranties and perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Occasionally make deliveries using a site vehicle.
• Participate in after-hours on-call duties and training classes.
• Work overtime as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
