SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional - Driver at the Macon, GA location. You will process orders, locate parts, promote products, and support warehouse operations while delivering reliable, friendly service.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service or sales, with HVAC experience preferred. You may operate a forklift, assist with deliveries, and help maintain inventory accuracy. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking; forklift use as needed.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Make occasional deliveries using a site vehicle.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
• Work overtime as assigned and cooperate with teammates.
