The role supports sales growth, maintains relationships, and assists with warehouse duties including occasional forklift use. A high school diploma and 2 years in customer service or sales are required; HVAC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years customer service or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term business relationships and promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation.
• Promote new and existing products, upgrades, and services.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers and communicate leads to the sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
