Job summary

You will assist with warehouse duties, stock displays, and occasional local deliveries, maintaining a professional sales environment. The role requires reliable attendance, forklift experience, a valid driver's license, and 2 years of customer service or sales background; HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in HVAC industry preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers from various sources.
• Support long-term relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties, including pulling orders and stocking; occasional forklift use.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance.
