Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Forest Park, GA is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify and serve customer needs, process orders, and provide exceptional support across counter, phone, and online channels.

You will locate parts, promote products, assist with technical questions, and help maintain inventory and showroom displays while supporting relationship growth with customers and branch teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in person, by phone, fax, or e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies for customers.
• Support long-term relationships to promote sales growth.
• Assist in warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Identify prospective customers and relay to sales team.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
