SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Professional to identify and service customer needs, process orders, and promote products and services at the Newnan, GA location. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth and relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include handling orders across multiple channels, locating parts, and assisting with technical support. Occasional forklift use and collaboration with the sales team are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred.
• Proficient in computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in person, by phone, fax, and e-commerce.
• Locate parts, equipment, and supplies from various sources.
• Promote products, upgrades, and services to customers.
• Assist customers with technical support and problem solving.
• Maintain showroom shelves and product displays.
