Responsibilities include handling quotations, delivering orders, and maintaining accurate records while striving for continuous process improvements. This role offers a base salary with commission and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to travel 0%–25%.

Responsibilities

• Obtains orders through email and telephone; verifies and enters items.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and checking buying history.
• Owns and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
• Identifies ways to improve processes.
• Prepares quotations to secure orders or determine reason for loss.
• Reviews open orders and acts on items at risk of late delivery.
• Maintains backorder and expediting reports and notices.
• Reports industry trends, pricing, and customer feedback to management.
