Wesco is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to engage with existing customers, increase sales of Wesco products and services, and process orders while upselling to grow the account base.

You will collaborate with outside sales, maintain accuracy in order entry, monitor delivery dates, and participate in a commission plan in addition to base pay. This role offers a practical path in a dynamic distribution company.

Qualifikationen

• High School Degree or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales and sales administration.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team.
• Willing to travel 0%–25%.
• Compensation may include commission in addition to base salary.

• Obtains orders via email and phone; verifies and enters items; communicates delivery dates.
• Increases orders by suggesting related items and leveraging customer history.
• Owns and develops opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities.
• Prepares quotations to secure orders or analyze losses.
• Monitors open orders and delivery risk; keeps customers informed.
• Maintains backorder and expediting reports; communicates with customers.
• Reports on industry trends, pricing, and feedback.
