• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use company tools to sell, promote, demonstrate products and answer questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a defined customer base.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues with root-cause analysis.
• Provide quotations and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
