Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Albany, NY team. This role focuses on proactive inside sales via phone or email, maintaining customer relationships, processing quotes and orders, and growing the existing customer base.

You will support outside sales, use company digital tools, and pursue new accounts within a defined territory. Strong customer service, communication, and product knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specifications, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, and demonstrate products.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues using root-cause analysis.
