Job summary

Rexel USA in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our electrical products distribution footprint. You will build and sustain relationships with new and existing customers, promote our product lines, and deliver exceptional service while meeting revenue targets.

You will collaborate with leadership and suppliers, identify customer needs, prepare quotes, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or electrical industry experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products; communicate features and benefits.
• Grow business by selling to new customers and expanding existing accounts.
