Job summary

IDEX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Albuquerque to serve as the main commercial contact for assigned customers and manage the quote-to-cash process. You will coordinate with Commercial Account Managers, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met while delivering an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• 2–5 years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and supporting technical products preferred.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems (JD Edwards preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations in line with pricing strategy and policies.
• Process customer purchase orders and acknowledge orders promptly.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet commitments.
• Maintain CRM and ERP data accuracy.
• Support Commercial Account Managers with reports and pricing updates.
• Assist with demand forecasting and resolve routine issues.
