Job summary

IDEX Corporation, Fluid Management, seeks a Customer Solution Specialist to build strong relationships with key accounts and internal teams. You will coordinate with Account Executives, Pricing, and Operations to ensure accurate order processing and timely responses.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, product knowledge, problem-solving, and clear communications to support satisfaction and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders with Account Executives and partners in North/Latin America using JDE.
• Communicate order status, issues, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create/update customer masters and ensure pricing and credit approvals are in order.
• Meet departmental metrics while maintaining quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Validate pricing and coordinate freight as needed; participate in process improvements.
• Share knowledge, document processes, and support cross-training across teams.
