Job summary

Hixwood Metals, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth from Stanley, WI. You will manage inquiries, provide quotes, and close deals while coordinating with the Sales Development Manager.

You will source new leads, maintain CRM and ERP data, and participate in trade shows. This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Source new sales through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
• Provide customers with quotes and pricing.
• Close sales and achieve goals.
• Answer phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries.
• Work with customers to understand needs and expectations.
• Maintain and expand prospect database.
• Learn and use ERP, Hubspot CRM and Smart Build.
• Occasional travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities
