We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving customer challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment where your success is rewarded, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide exceptional service
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and product recommendations
• Close sales while achieving individual sales goals
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong follow-up
• Utilize HubSpot CRM, ERP software, and estimating tools
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Participate in trade shows and occasional customer visits

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous inside sales experience preferred
• Experience in construction or building materials is a plus
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
