Job summary

Waupaca Foundry, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join our office-based sales team. The role focuses on logging and creating quotes, following up with customers on quotes, entering feedback into our CRM, and communicating quote status to outside sales reps.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
0-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related role (experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Log and create quotes, follow up with customers on quotes.
Enter feedback into our CRM system and communicate status of key quotes to outside sales representatives.
Support outside sales team in closing new business.
