Gibbs Wire & Steel Company LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the Outside Sales team to drive growth. You will use CRM to track interactions and coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure excellent service.

This role requires strong communication, two years of metals sales experience or an associate degree, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. Local travel to customers and trade shows is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in metals industry or associate degree required.
• CRM software experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and manage assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Rep to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Call on established, prospective, and dormant accounts to grow business.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely information on orders, deliveries, and quality.
• Utilize CRM to document interactions and report activity.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Quality, AR, and Marketing as needed.
• Travel locally to customers or trade shows as required.
