You will work closely with Inside and Outside Sales, Scheduling, Production, Logistics, and Finance to support customer accounts and drive sales results. The role requires a minimum of two years in sales or customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Understanding of sales processes, order management, customer service practices, and basic business calculations (costs, conversions, margins).
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and professional communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, lead times, order status, delivery, and service needs while maintaining positive business relationships.
• Prepare and manage customer quotations, order entries, acknowledgments, and related sales documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Review sales orders and customer requirements for accuracy, pricing alignment, and delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support accounts, follow up on opportunities, and meet targets and deadlines.
• Support cross-functional teams (Scheduling, Production, Logistics, Finance) to fulfill orders and resolve service issues.
