Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Associate Screening Specialist, Inside Sales to support the commercial team by driving product growth through virtual selling and quality customer interactions, focusing on Colorectal Cancer screening and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Activate healthcare providers and health system stakeholders by investigating leads and opportunities to uncover potential new business.
• Analyze local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape to identify opportunities to enhance care and outcomes using Abbott's Cancer Diagnostics solutions.
• Build a network of clinical stakeholders and administrators within accounts to gain insights into priorities and unmet needs.
• Diligently catalogue customer insights via the CRM database, including POC information, sales activities, and market intelligence.
• Synthesize data from CRM, Excel, Tableau and research to drive data-driven account potential and product utilization.
• Collaborate with the commercial team and cross-functional partners to execute business imperatives and support customers' education and resource needs.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility of Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products and drive sales growth.
• Create plans to drive use and acceptance of Cologuard and other Abbott Cancer Diagnostics solutions to improve decision making.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored customer engagements and maximize opportunities.
• Inform and educate target physician groups about products and value propositions to support informed treatment decisions.
