Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of inside sales / customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to email correspondence.
• Act as main contact person for FSM and distributors within Inside Sales Territory.
• Enter orders into X3 ERP System.
• Promote the use of the B2B website for distributors to place orders and review inventory.
• Process returns per RGA policy.
• Enter data into CRM to assist Field Sales and distributor support.
• Support invoicing paperwork and ensure accurate shipments.
