Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel; ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare quotes, pricing, and order acknowledgments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, sales staff, and production teams about orders, lead times, and deliveries.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries and support needs.
• Review specifications and verify order accuracy before processing.
• Maintain accurate order and customer information in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages as needed.
• Resolve customer questions and service concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized sales and customer records.
• Provide additional administrative and sales support as needed.
