LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Customer Service and Inside Sales Support Representative in the Greater Chicago Area to manage customer orders and provide support. This role involves accurate order processing, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management—ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or technical environment.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple moving orders simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling technical product queries.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately from entry through shipment and invoicing.
• Build, configure, and manage customer quotes using CPQ software.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for assigned accounts and distributors.
