Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service professional in Ohio to manage outbound calls, schedule appointments for sales, and provide quotes as appropriate. You will support MTG product lines, notify sales about appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction through surveys and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in outbound calling/inside sales desirable.
• Proven ability to establish and manage customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to schedule sales appointments and notify the sales team of times.
• Provide quotes or complete sales when campaign requires to gain new business.
• Identify opportunities and communicate with relevant teams for follow-up.
• Restock showroom merchandise and keep sales area organized.
• Handle product information requests and coordinate pricing details.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including shipping/receiving and stocking.
