• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance many requirements with quick resolution and adaptability to change.
• Proven success selling industrial products and accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to build collaboration across multiple solutions providers.

Responsabilités

• Develops partnering relationships with customers and responds to inquiries via multiple media.
• Quotes price and delivery based on established pricing structures to maximize profit.
• Understands pricing for processing and value-added services.
• Maintains knowledge of stock materials and applications; sources information when needed.
• Prepares orders per established standards and coordinates with teams to resolve issues.
• Ensures prompt and accurate deliveries and monitors credit/terms per company policy.
• Completes the order process and follows up on outstanding items.
• Outreach to develop customer base and maximize opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned; good attendance is essential.
