METTLER TOLEDO, a global leader in precision instruments, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on supporting the Field Sales organization by nurturing inbound requests, quotes, and order management to drive revenue while coordinating with marketing and management teams.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in sales or customer service, proficiency with SAP CRM, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year in sales, customer service and/or marketing is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to use CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the sales cycle from quote to close.
• Handle inbound/outbound requests via calls and emails.
• Support order management and coordination with field teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and provide weekly updates on issues or trends.
