Job summary

Midwest Heating and Cooling LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue through proactive outbound calls, texts, and emails. You will own a defined share of seasonal booked-work and convert follow-ups into booked appointments across Residential and Commercial service lines, memberships, and IAQ services.

The role requires strong communication, persistence, and the ability to upsell maintenance plans while leveraging ServiceTitan and standard sales processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in inside sales or a similar revenue-producing role.
• Experience with outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate revenue.
• Ability to identify customer needs and close sales or appointments.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound outreach to sell products, services, memberships, and appointments.
• Book manual and CMA appointments and drive revenue growth across service and sales lines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and follow-up in the CRM.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales goals and improve processes.
• Provide professional communication and represent the company ethically.
