Job summary

SV Academy is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for a unique, debt-free pathway into tech sales. The program begins with a 10-day free training and a 90-day paid Residency. During Residency you receive a $2,500 monthly base plus 100% commissions.

After 100 days you transfer to a partner company's payroll with a base plus commissions and full benefits, targeting total compensation of $50,000–$85,000 per year. Cohorts begin weekly and are capped at 25 Residents.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Daily coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leadership.
