Participants earn $2,500 USD per month during residency plus 100% commissions, then transfer to a partner company’s payroll with base + commission totaling $50,000–$80,000 USD per year and full benefits.

The program begins weekly, accepts up to 25 Residents per cohort, and is hybrid in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR).
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
• Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication.
• Professional English proficiency and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 90-day paid residency and training.
• Support BD activities with partner companies during the program.
• Transition to the partner payroll with full benefits after completion.
