Job summary

SV Academy in San Diego, CA is seeking Sales Development Representatives for a 100-day paid residency program. You will train with SV Academy, then work embedded at a partner company as a W-2 employee, with a clear path to a full-time role at one of 400+ partners.

Total compensation after residency ranges from $65k–$95k with full benefits. The program starts with free training, followed by a paid residency and eventual payroll transfer, offering real SDR experience and potential for full-time

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from an SV Academy mentor and partner's sales leadership.
• Assist in transferring Residents onto the partner's payroll with full benefits.
