Job summary

SV Academy seeks a Sales Development Representative in the San Francisco area for a 100-day, paid residency that leads to a full-time role at partner companies. You will undergo free sales training and real-world SDR tasks, supported by mentors across SV Academy and partner firms.

Residency is hybrid, with weekly cohorts and eventual move to a partner payroll with benefits. Successful Residents join high-growth employer partners in tech sales.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during the 100-day program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Available for evening training sessions during the first 2 weeks.
• Located in or able to reliably commute to the partner site (Residency portion is hybrid).
• Prior hospitality experience and startup mindset are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Work with partner company leadership and SV Academy mentors.
• Maintain CRM updates and performance metrics throughout the residency.
