Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDR) with no prior experience required. You will participate in free sales training and a 90-day paid residency at $2,500 per month plus 100% commissions, then transfer to a partner company with total compensation of $65,000–$95,000 and full benefits.

Residency is hybrid and cohorts start weekly. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who are coachable, motivated, and ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in tech sales (SDR/BDR roles).
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Experience in a customer-facing role requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Learn to communicate value, not just pitch.
• Book meetings for senior sales reps.
• Use CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach and SalesLoft.
