Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives through our partnership with Western Governor's University. This full-time role includes free training, a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to long-term sales roles with 400+ partners in cities including Chicago.

Cohorts start weekly with limited seats. Compensation includes days 1–10 free training, days 11–100 paid residency ($2,500/month base + 100% commissions), and Day 100 onward transfer to partner payroll

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to attend evening sessions during the 2-week bootcamp.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend a 2-week bootcamp with evening sessions.
• Participate in a 3-month paid residency at an employer partner.
• Transition to a long-term sales role at SV Academy partner companies.
• Engage with partner companies across 400+ partners in multiple cities including Chicago.
