Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives to launch careers in tech sales with no prior experience required. You’ll undergo free sales training and a 90‑day paid Residency at $2,500/month plus 100% commission, then transition to a partner payroll with benefits.

Days 1–10 feature training; Days 11–100 offer paid residency and embedded work with a partner company. Day 100 onward transfers to the partner’s payroll with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in tech sales.
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Willingness and ability to learn SDR tools (CRM, sales engagement, prospecting).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Learning how to communicate value—not just pitch
• Booking meetings for senior sales reps
• Using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and SalesLoft
• Building confidence in conversations, objection handling, and problem-solving
