Carter Lumber is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to be the face of the store, delivering friendly customer service and product guidance. You will provide estimates, process transactions, and pursue leads while supporting other sales staff.

The role offers salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential, reflecting a people‑oriented, goal‑driven sales environment at our Ludington location.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product information, advice, estimates, and transactions.
• Follow up on online quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, and support Outside Sales Reps as needed.
• Assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages.
