Triangle Fastener Corporation seeks a local Inside Sales Representative in Richmond, VA. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients coming back.

The role supports both customers and the Outside Sales team, with growth paths in Sales, Operations and Management, plus strong benefits and structured development programs.

Formación

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean showroom and promote featured products.
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
