Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in San Jose, CA. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, supporting both customers and the Outside Sales team.

You will manage quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients returning. This associate-level role suits recent grads or sales professionals advancing from entry-level positions.

Qualificações

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position
• Experience in handling quotes, orders, and customer inquiries

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Handle walk-in sales and guide product selections
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed
• Collaborate with warehouse to ensure stock meets demand
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers
• Support Outside Sales by managing backend processes and follow-ups
• Maintain showroom and promote featured products
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely service
• Work closely with Branch Operations Manager and sales staff
