Triangle Fastener Corporation invites applications for an Inside Sales Representative in New Castle, DE. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and customers satisfied.

The role supports both individual customers and the Outside Sales team, with a focus on accurate order processing, stock coordination, and showroom presentation in a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position.
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Handling walk-in sales and guiding customers through product selections
• Entering and processing orders with precision and speed
• Coordinating delivery schedules and providing updates to customers
• Supporting the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups
• Maintaining a clean and professional showroom and promoting featured products
