Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Schedule deliveries and update customers on status.
• Support Outside Sales with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely service.
