Job summary

Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a local Inside Sales Representative in San Antonio, TX to serve as the first contact for inquiries and to support both individual customers and the Outside Sales team. You will manage quotes, orders, and daily customer service to keep projects on track and clients coming back.

Based in a long-standing wholesale distributor, we offer training, inventory and delivery programs, and opportunities for growth in Sales, Operations, and Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales-based customer service or related position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly learn and operate company software including CSD.

Responsibilities

• As Inside Sales Rep, provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock meets demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain a professional showroom and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
