Triangle Fastener Corporation is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in New Castle, DE. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, handling quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position
• 3+ years in inside sales or similar position
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet demand
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers
• Support the Outside Sales team by managing backend processes and customer follow-ups
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom and promote featured products
• Address and resolve customer issues proactively and professionally
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity
• Pull counter orders as needed to ensure timely customer service
• Work closely with the Branch Operations Manager and other sales staff daily
