Job summary

Celina Tent, Inc (CELINA) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our industrial business through proactive outreach, quotes, and order coordination. You will partner with the sales team to support industrial customers, qualify opportunities, and move opportunities through the purchasing cycle.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and CRM proficiency. You will work with multiple departments to deliver timely quotes, maintain accurate records, and help expand product

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six months to one year of sales, inside sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience; B2B experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly by phone and email.
• Comfortable initiating customer conversations and conducting outbound sales outreach.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide basic product guidance.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or sales tracking systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; HubSpot and Acumatica a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills for pricing and order analysis.
• Self-motivated and able to work toward sales goals and KPIs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and campaign outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day sales coordination and support for Outside Sales Representatives.
• Manage relationships with assigned small and mid-sized industrial customers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on need, timing, and fit.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and provide basic product guidance.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to move customers through purchasing.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity information in the CRM.
• Promote CELINA’s industrial products and identify opportunities to expand usage.
