Job summary

Celina Tent, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Commercial to grow sales and build lasting customer relationships across our commercial markets, including event rental, hospitality, venues, and print.

You will travel roughly 50% to develop your territory and manage opportunities from prospecting to delivery. The role emphasizes relationship building, solution-based selling, and meeting revenue and margin targets within the CELINA territories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales or business development experience.
• Experience in event rental, tents, shelters, or related industry preferred.
• CRM experience; HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory.
• Build relationships with regional and national commercial customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions across tents, shelters, fabric structures, and print products.
• Conduct outbound prospecting, visits, follow-up, and account development.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities in HubSpot.
• Travel approximately 50% to support customers and develop the territory.
