As an Inside Sales Representative with FCX Performance/Pump Energy, you will establish and expand relationships with current customers and our outside sales team, identifying process flow control and instrumentation needs and providing solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years’ experience in Customer Service-related Industry preferred.
• Experience in an Inside Technical Sales/Customer Service/Application Engineer role with an Industrial Distributor a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sell products and services by processing orders, handling price and delivery inquiries, and upselling related items.
• Manage orders from quotation to collection; verify ship dates and review buying history.
• Expedite orders and returns; coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to solicit business and maintain high service levels.
• Communicate effectively as part of the Branch/Division inside sales team.
• Maximize gross margin by delivering superior service and technical expertise.
• Monitor open orders and address items at risk of late delivery.
