Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries, and suggesting related items.
• Maintain orders from quotation to collection and verify ship dates.
• Respond to customer inquiries and review purchase orders for special conditions.
• Expedite orders, returns, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to maintain superior customer service.
