Qualifications

• Experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role within the industrial marketplace.
• Experience sizing and selection of Process Flow Control and control instrumentation is helpful.
• Problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Computer proficiency—Epicor P21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and the sales team to solve needs and build ongoing relationships.
• By inbound and outbound calls: sell products and services to customers by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries.
• Provide technical and application information.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors.
• Source and obtain quotes from vendors and handle correspondences from customers and calls for outside sales support.
