Job summary

FCX Performance, an Applied Industrial Technologies Company, is seeking an Inbound-Inside Sales Representative to build relationships with customers and the outside sales team, identify process flow control and instrumentation needs, and provide solutions to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, process orders, provide technical information, quote from vendors, and support the outside sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Inside Sales/Customer Service role within the industrial marketplace is preferred.
• Sizing and selection of Process Flow Control and instrumentation is helpful.
• Strong problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Proficiency with Epicor P21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and the sales team to solve needs and build relationships.
• Sell products and services via inbound/outbound calls; process orders and inquiries.
• Provide technical and application information to customers.
• Process returns and vendor returns; expedite orders.
• Sourcing quotes from vendors and assisting the outside sales team.
